What is Preksha Jewels Shipping Policy?

We at Preksha Jewels attempt to deliver products purchased from us in appropriate condition and in time delivery. The estimated delivery time is approx 3-7 days from the date of purchase depending upon the location of the delivery of goods. 

To ensure the timely and fastest delivery, please mention the following information properly like Shipping Address and Phone Number details:

  1. Mention address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.
  2. Enter correct City name, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted in case of incorrect details.
  3. Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct provided. Make sure its reachable as we may need to call you for delivery related queries.
  4. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, please make sure availability of any person at the shipping address to pay cash by tendering exact change. 

Note: We make sure that all the parcels are perfectly boxed and covered with security tapes when they are dispatched from our order-processing department. However, it goes through a lot of processes at the courier company’s end before reaching you. If you receive a damaged parcel or broken items, please email us at return@prekshajewels.in with the pictures of damaged products from every angles along with the invoice that you got inside your parcel within 3 days from the order received date. 

For all the purchases of any amount, we will deliver the order to your doorstep at NO SHIPPING COST. The shipping charges will remains unchanged irrespective of the size of the order. Each order placed can be shipped only to a single shipping address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall place multiple orders.

 *Note: Order value is calculated after applying discounts/GST or any other applicable charges.

How do I check the status of my order?

Please tap on “My Orders” section under My Account on the Website to check your order status or if you wish to track your order, please tap on “Track Your Order” option in the bottom part of our website by using your AWB Number or Order ID.

How are orders placed on Preksha Jewels delivered to me?

All orders placed on PrekshaJewels are dispatched through one of our courier partners Shiprocket associates with such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, ShadowFax, XpressBees, Speed Post, Amazon Surface etc.

Does PrekshaJewels deliver products outside India?

Yes. PrekshaJewels delivers products anywhere in the World. In such case, an extra delivery charges will be applied over the total billing amount.

How can I get my order delivered faster?

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery for everyone. If you wish to get it on faster way, contact our customer care with your order ID immediately after placed an order. But you will be charged an extra shipping cost for this special case only for you.

Cancellation and Modifications

What is PrekshaJewels’s Cancellation Policy?

We make every effort to fulfil all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must be cancelled. The reasons can be limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified on account of any credit and fraud transaction by our finance department.

If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be transferred to your bank account directly.

You can also cancel an order until it has not been packed by us. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made in the given time for each mode.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

 Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by calling or writing to us at +91-8436259635(Always Open) or retail@prekshajewels.in.

How do I cancel my Order?

To cancel your order, you can login your account or tap to “My Orders” and just cancel the order. you can call us on +91-8436259635(Always Open) or write to us at retail@prekshajewels.in with your Order Number.

I just requested to cancel my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

Returns

What is Preksha Jewels’s Return Policy? How does it work?

If you receive any damaged parcel by the delivery courier company or if you found the product is damaged fully or fully broken, you have to inform our return department within 72 hours from the parcel delivery date through customer care number or write email at return@prekshajewels.in. You have to mail us all the images of your received damaged parcel from every possible angles along with the invoice you got inside your product parcel. If everything met with our return policy, we will refund your amount directly to your bank account within 7-10 days as per our return policy. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. We will pickup that parcel immediately within 1-2 days.

We have no Exchange Policy. We only refund the amount if we found the parcel is fully damaged or the delivered product is fully broken.

In each case, to return your product, you need to call the customer support or write to us within 72 hours of the delivery. you’d like to return your products, you can contact our customer care at +91-8436259635 (Always Open)or email us at return@prekshajewels.in. You can also contact us through the ‘Contact us’ page (in the bottom menu). No returns will be accepted in any case for the purpose of Exchange. All tags and labels need to be intact in case of Refund and Returned.

Payment Terms 

We accept payment through Cash-on-Delivery. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is available across India only, not for outside India. With COD you shall be required to pay cash on delivery of the goods you ordered. We currently do not accept payment through Cheque or Demand Draft. For outside India customers, an extra delivery charges will be applicable for every single order as per courier company’s rate chart.
